Complete mobile asphalt plant, 70 tons per hour!
It is not only a complete asphalt plant that is sold, but also a unique patented one
construction. Full documentation and drawings are available.
The idea behind the construction is a slightly moved asphalt plant = Mobile Asphalt System.

Move the asphalt plant instead of the place to transport asphalt masses

In the asphalt plant, it is possible to manufacture all types of asphalt compounds: Cold, semi-warm, hot and
recycling.
The asphalt plant itself = infeed belt, drying drum and mixer, is built to a standard
container frame, 40 foot high, for easy shipping.
Conveyor belt and drying drum are hydraulically driven.
The dryer's oil burner is electrically driven.
The mixer is bolted.
Bogie wheel steel ll and kingpin are bolted to the container frame for easy removal and reassembly
the asphalt plant must be shipped on a container ship.
The mixer part is also bolted so that it can be easily removed if necessary.
The power package is mounted on a truck trailer together with 9 m3 br nsle- and 35 m3
insulated bitumen tank.
The tanks are equipped with splash guards, which makes the slpet transportable regardless of the volume in the tanks.
Bitumen tank has heating pipes and burners for heating.
The drying drum is shortened, whereby the mixer does not stick out as much as it does
that the asphalt plant can also be pulled by a tow truck.
Cold dosing is moved with a load shifter, which also pulls the fuel tank.
A wheel loader must be in place at the establishment site.
When the trucks arrive at the establishment site, the load changer places the tank slip in place,
time 15 min.
Then the tow truck sets the asphalt plant itself in place at a 90 degree angle and 3 meters
from the tank trailer.
Hydraulic support legs free the asphalt plant from a tractor and are then used for lowering
the right slope obtained, time 50 min.
The infeed belt, for the drying drum, is lowered with the help of the wheel loader and mounted on
place, time 25 min.
The loader places the cold dosage in place as the wheel loader pushes it in
sideways in place so the input belt ends up straight, time 60 min.
The wheel loader and machinist install the pipe between the suction fan and
energy recovery, time 40 min.
The wheel loader fills up ramps in front of loading cold dosing at the same time as
machinist connects electrical cables, hydraulic and fuel hoses between drive pack and
the asphalt plant, time 35 min.
The wheel loader and machinist fill up the cold dosage pages for each volume, time 15 min.
Total time 4 hours and the asphalt plant is ready for production.
Capacity when manufacturing hot asphalt mass: 70 tons/h.
Capacity when manufacturing cold asphalt mass: 110 tons/h.
Production of hot asphalt mass with 70% recycling.
Laying asphalt mass with 70% recycling.
The asphalt plant is intended with recycling.
Excess energy from the drying drum is used to heat incoming ballast.
