Personal data
Personal data is all information and assessments that can be linked to you as an individual. Typical personal data are name, address, telephone number, e-mail and social security number.
By law, even identification numbers are personal data, examples of this are: IP address, customer number, cookie ID/online identifier (anonymized). Information about your behaviors (usage patterns, actions) is also defined as personal data.
Why do we collect personal data?
The purpose of processing the personal data that you have registered about you is primarily to mediate the purchase and sale of used equipment for the construction and transport industry - thorugh our service at atssweden.se.
Our service requires that the buyer and seller must have created their own user in, with the personal data this entails (see what personal data is collected), in order to be able to buy and/or post products for sale. In addition to this, registered information about you is used to provide process for handling shipping, contracts, financing and settlements.
Your contact information registered to you as a user will be used to send you notification by e-mail, if you have set up a predefined search and when there is equipment and items for sale
that match this search. These searches can be deleted by you at any time. Your registered email address will also be notified when your ads are ready to run. Notification will also be sent to your registered email address when you have won a bid. If you were to reset your password, your registered email is also used to complete this. Your registered phone number is used when you log in for the first time with a password. it will be arranged that your phone number can be used for a communication channel (SMS) in connection with the completion of a sale (for buyer and seller).
We may use your data for profiling in connection with certain marketing. We may also receive systematized personal data from credit reporting companies.
What personal data do we collect?
In order to fulfill our brokerage service at atssweden.se, we require the following
user-registered personal data about you:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Address
- Bank account (seller)
If you enter additional information, e.g. by creating your own ads, this will also be stored. However, there are tools to anonymize information in images, e.g. registration number etc.
In addition, the website uses various technologies to continuously improve for the benefit of the user. These include technologies such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager which contribute to us being able to analyze traffic and use of the website.
To register as a user on the auction page, Eniro's open register is used for postings, name and address, on the basis of entering a phone number. Furthermore, Eurobate is used as a provider to send SMS to users, and in the same way SendGrid is used as a platform for sending e-mail correspondence. The age limit for use of atssweden.se is 18 years, and is controlled functionally by entering the date of birth during registration.
How do we store personal data?
Our auction solution is provided by our partner BDO AS. Stored information about you as a user is stored on servers of BDO's subcontractor, DigitalOcean. These are servers that are physically located in the EU/EEA. Your data is only stored as long as it is necessary to perform our services, or as long as it is prescribed by law. As long as you have an existing user on atssweden.se, information will not be deleted. By deleting the user, your personal data will be deleted, unless ATS Sweden AB has a statutory storage obligation (e.g. accounting and bookkeeping obligation).
Anonymized information (which cannot be linked to you as an individual, and is therefore no longer personal data) may be retained for statistical purposes.
Our partner BDO AS uses subcontractors to store data and underlying data as well as technical solutions for managing digital communication when authenticating users. This is

According to agreement (data processing agreement), BDO AS shall process your personal data in the manner specified. We instruct the data processor to ensure proper information security, including that personal data cannot be transferred to others.
Who has access to the personal data?
It is employees at ATS Sweden AB who have access to personal data registered in our company, in addition to any personal data that has been received directly via other channels such as e-mail, social media and telephone. In addition, technical system managers at our partner (BDO AS) have access to
the solution and will have access to personal data stored here.
We neither sell nor rent information that you provide to third parties.

What rights do you have?

Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you can withdraw from what has been agreed at any time.

If you choose to follow ATS Sweden AB on social media, you must be aware that personal data and other information that you have provided to these media can be read, collected and used by other users of the social media.
We have little or no control over, and are not responsible for, others' use, abuse or misappropriation of personal data or other information that you yourself contribute to other social media and or media services. As the owner of the pages, we receive statistics on visits and usage, but we do not store them
